How do I connect Athena in ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot? In ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot, add Athena using the URL https://app.meetathena.io/mcp, sign in with your Athena account at app.meetathena.io, and approve the permissions shown.
How do I disconnect it? Remove Athena from your AI tool's settings at any time.
Does Athena send emails or notices for me? No. Athena drafts notices with a "Sign as" line; you review and send them yourself.
Does Athena connect with my Procore? Yes. Athena works through your own AI (ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot), so she works inside Procore, Buildertrend, Overwatch and the other tools you already use or connect to it. This works through your AI's own access to those tools.
Do you train AI on my data? No, we do not use customer data to train AI.
